SibSpace - a therapeutic space with a difference

New group starting soon! SibSpace - A Safe Place for Siblings

What is SibSpace?

SibSpace is a therapeutic group designed for young people aged 11-16 who have a sibling with additional needs, such as learning disabilities or physical disabilities or any other additional challenges.

As much as you love your sibling being in a family where extra needs are present can at times bring mixed emotions.

Being a sibling in this situation can be challenging for a number of reasons, and SibSpace aims to offer a safe, supportive environment to talk, share, and connect with others who understand what you’re going through.

So why Join? We're going to be focusing on your needs in this therapeutic group allowing you to talk about things that you need to, meet others who "get it", share how you feel and also gain coping strategies if you need them and most importantly provide support for YOU.

Spaces are limited to maximum 8 participants, so sign up asap to secure your spot.

Sessions will be held in Fordingbridge and will aim to start mid September.

Investment - £15 per session to include refreshments and sessions will run monthly.
