One to One Individual Bespoke Coaching

Individual one to one intuitive holistic coaching packages.

All one to one coaching packages are bespoke to ensure that the experience the client has is tailored to their individual need and circumstances.

The client is supported to get clarity on where they are in their life and establish any challenges or issues they wish to overcome. Working together in a collaborative way they are coached towards establishing their goal and making steps to achieve where they wish to be. This is achieved by utilizing a variety of holistic interventions.

There is a free 15 minute discovery call available for anyone who wishes to ask any questions to explore what this might look like for them then prior to purchasing any coaching package an assessment session is required to ensure coaching is the right option for you and to get clarity on where you are and what you wish to gain from coaching. The assessment session is to ensure I am best placed to suit your individual needs and that you are a suitable candidate for coaching and also to explain what is required of you as a client and also explain what you can expect from your coach. If during this call it is not felt that we would be a good fit for working together or that you were not in the correct place for coaching then where possible, you would be directed to alternative services who may be better placed to meet your needs.
