Where to begin with my review for Jo? I have quantum leaped in all areas of my life in the past year of regular coaching with Jo. I feel completely different as a business owner, as a mother of a child with additional needs and in terms of knowing my own value.

I am a lifetime away from feeling overwhelmed, too busy, not valuing myself or intense and stressed with paperwork. My work with Jo has woven all elements together in my life to my now feeling energised, purposeful and full of self belief.

Self care is now at the forefront for me. It's no mean feat what she has guided me to and I am extremely grateful to her. I'm basking in all that her coaching has brought me, and the lightness and fun I feel around myself.
